How long in advance do I need to place my order:

I typically require at least 2 weeks advance notice; sometimes more during busy times.  I also need to ensure there is sufficient time to source specialty items needed (such as molds, cutters, specialty ingredients, etc.) to complete any handmade decorations for the design of your cake. 

 

Allergens:

• Please be aware that while your treats may not be made with nuts or nut products, it will be prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used in other treats. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk or milk products, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless, due to any allergic reactions. 

 

Policy: 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time upon ordering and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to scheduled date of your event.

• If an order is cancelled your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Your invoice will be cancelled if it is not paid two weeks prior to your order date and your deposit is non-refundable. 

 

Refunds:

• We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

Pickup/Delivery:

• Pick-ups are Friday and Saturday ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Pick up days and times are as follows: Friday - 6pm - 8pm & Saturday - 8am- 10am

• Pick up location will be disclosed upon final payment

• If you are unable to pickup at your designated time please give us a call . 

• IF YOU ARE running late beyond 15 minutes there will be an additional charge. 

• delivery is an additional charge based on the address provided from customer.

SHIPPING?

• All orders are shipped on Monday’s & Tuesday’s. Order processing is 3-4 business days and orders will typically take 1-3 days to arrive at their destination depending on where you are once shipped. 

• Orders are shipped via UPS and occasionally can take longer due to common issues.
